NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING OF THE Klamath County FIRE DISTRICT NO. 3

The Board of Directors of Klamath County Fire District No. 3 will hold a Special Meeting of the
Board on September 5, 2024 at 5:00 PM at the fire station at 23530 Sprague River Rd., Sprague
River, Oregon.

The matters anticipated to be discussed are:
1. Approval of attorney’s response2. Reinstatement of decision to terminate Christine Friend
3. Ratification of Line of Credit
NOTE: The Board may adjourn to an Executive Session pursuant to ORS 192.660 (1)(h) to
consult with counsel regarding the legal rights and duties of the Board with regard to litigation
likely to be filed. Any decision by the Board must be made in an open session.e text goes here
